Holiday accommodation to let on the Isle of Islay.
'One o Four' Frederick Crescent is a self-catering terrace house situated in the small village of Port Ellen which is in the south of the Island of Islay close to three of Islay's world famous distilleries Ardbeg, Lagavulin and Laphroaig. A tour of the distilleries comes highly recommended.
Islay is renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches with Kilnaughton Bay and The Singing Sands only minutes away by car. They both provide safe swimming for all the family.
Port Ellen is only a short drive away from the famous Machrie Links Golf Course. The village also boasts pony trekking, bowls and tennis. The area around Port Ellen provides excellent river and loch fishing.
The Kildalton Cross is the only surviving complete celtic high cross still standing and is situated a couple of miles out of the village and is well worth a visit. A visit to the medieval seat of the Lord of the Isles is a must.
